Welcoming Board Chairman Lynn Tadlock, New Members, & New Leadership

Lynn Tadlock, deputy executive director for the Claude Moore Charitable Foundation, is the new chair of the board of directors at the Community Foundation for Northern Virginia for the 2013-2014 year. In addition, the Community Foundation welcomes several new board members to its ranks.

The Community Foundation looks forward to continuing its important work in the community with this new team of leaders!
Tadlock has a successful track record spanning 36 years serving as an experienced senior management executive in municipal government and philanthropy. She joined the Community Foundation's board of directors three years ago and has served on the Executive Committee and Strategic Planning Committee while also serving as the Loudoun County initiatives liaison to the board, where she has led the creation of the Loudoun Impact Fund.

Paul Leslie, CEO of Dovel Technologies, is stepping into the role of vice chair of the board of directors. Leslie has served on the board for four years, serving on the Executive Committee and the Grants Committee, which he has chaired through four consecutive cycles of Community Investment Fund grantmaking.

In addition, the Community Foundation has welcomed three new members to its board of directors in the past year - Brandon H. Elledge, partner with Holland & Knight; Susan F. Nolan, former chief information officer for Perot Systems Corporation; and Marc K. Wishkoff, mananging director with Chevy Chase Trust Investement Advisors.
