Julie Simmons is the Managing Director of Human Capital Strategic Consulting, a certified woman owned management consultancy focused on providing human resources solutions. Ms. Simmons has extensive experience supporting the dynamic needs of clients in the professional services, technology, non-profit and government contracting industries. She has deep technical knowledge in the fields of change management, strategic planning, compensation/benefits administration, and leadership development. Ms. Simmons is committed to the community in which she lives and works. She serves on the Board of Directors for the Community Foundation for Northern Virginia and the Northern Virginia Chamber of Commerce. She holds a Master of Arts in Human Resources from Marymount University and Bachelor of Science in Management from George Mason University.
