Tom Bartlett

Bartlett began his career at Boeing as an engineer, developing technical solutions and fault-isolation procedures for airline customers. He later transitioned into Boeing's corporate citizenship organization, combining his technical and community leadership experience to create shared value for company and community stakeholders.
Prior to his current role, Bartlett worked in the Strategic Workforce Planning and Global Corporate Citizenship organizations, focusing on workforce development for Boeing's future and current employee base. As the Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM) project manager, he was responsible for leading a team tasked with driving the strategy, alignment and measurement of Boeing’s STEM activities and investments. Bartlett was also appointed as the company advisor to Boeing's early career organization, delivering strategic guidance, coaching and visionary leadership.
Originally from Minnesota, Bartlett graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with an engineering degree and a minor in technical communications. He is an avid volunteer, runner, rock climber, fly-fisherman and stone-skipping enthusiast. He and his wife currently live in Washington, D.C.
