Josh Stillman is Director of Financial Planning at Capitol Financial Consultants, Inc. in Tysons, VA where he helps successful and motivated families and businesses align their values with their financial affairs. As a financial planner, Josh works hard to help people meet their financial goals, avoid costly financial mistakes, and preserve wealth. Prior to CFC, Josh was an Engagement Manager for Booz & Company (now Strategy&) where he led consulting projects for Energy companies on their most important strategic issues.Josh serves on the leadership team and Board of TEDxTysons which encourages the spread of big ideas and also serves on the leadership team and Board of Minds Matter of Washington DC which works to transform the lives of high schoolers from low-income DC families. He is an amateur guitarist, runner, cook, photographer, golfer, and gardener and tries to maximize his time with his wife, Merri, and two boys, Jacob and David.
Josh holds a BSE in Bioengineering from the University of Pennsylvania and MBA from the University of Texas at Austin. He is also both a Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) and Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy (CAP®).
