Component of the Permanent Fund for Northern Virginia

The Environment Fund launched in 2018 as a component fund of the Permanent Fund for Northern Virginia, an unrestricted endowment at the Community Foundation that makes grants to protect, restore and improve the natural environment of Northern Virginia, thereby enhancing the health and quality of life of its citizens and the economy of the region.
