Thank you very much to our members, friends, and supporters for your contributions to the Business Women's Giving Circle. We appreciate your ongoing support for our mission and the direct impact you make on our community.
All donations are 100% tax deductible to the fullest extent of the law.
Please note: In accordance with Notice 2017-73, the Treasury Department and IRS do not permit the use of donor advised fund (DAF) contributions for memberships. DAF contributions can be made to the BWGC Endowment Fund, when the donor/advisor is not receiving more than an incidental benefit. Contact us with any questions about payment methods or DAF regulations.
Business Women's Giving Circle Membership:
$1,000 of your contribution goes directly towards annual grantmaking, and $100 supports administrative expenses related to running the giving circle, including event-related expenses, staff time, and credit card processing fees.
Business Women's Giving Circle Emerging Philanthropist Membership:
This level is for women ages 25-34. $500 of your contribution goes directly towards annual grantmaking, and $50 supports administrative expenses related to running the giving circle, including event-related expenses, staff time, and credit card processing fees. Emerging Philanthropists may select which of the committees (Grants, Capacity Building and Engagement with grantees, Networking and Education Event, Membership, and Nominating) they would like to join and subsequently will be able to participate in the grants process.
Please note: contact information, including your name, address, phone number and email address along with the amount of your donation for all donors to the Business Women's Giving Circle will be shared with members of the giving circle leadership for follow up and engagement.
