Mentors are a powerful force that can change the trajectory of careers and enrich the lives of those they touch. They help navigate career paths, provide a sounding board for opportunities and challenges, and offer candid feedback and advice. The key to a successful mentoring relationship is finding the right mix of chemistry, honesty and commitment. To truly work, both the mentor and mentee must establish a relationship that is dynamic and based upon trust, candor and communication.

Join members of the Business Women's Giving Circle for a panel discussion!
  • Network with others on their experiences in mentor relationships and key career challenges and opportunities.
  • Learn from a panel of experts who will share their corporate, industry, and community best practices to foster these career supporting relationships.
  • Identify ways to improve your own leadership skills and articulate your own expertise and experience, as well as areas you could seek out a mentor's advice
