Lee Ann Necessary Brownlee is an award-winning broadcast journalist and former television news anchor who has covered regional and political news throughout Virginia and on Capitol Hill. She is passionate about meeting people, learning their stories, and sharing their journeys. In recent years, she has worked closely with nonprofits on storytelling, media projects, and fundraising initiatives. Through We're Good, Lee Ann uses her journalism background to spotlight individuals and organizations making a positive impact in their communities.
Mary Ellen Chandler Matheson

Mary Ellen Chandler Matheson serves as Senior Director of Corporate Engagement at Year Up United, a national workforce development nonprofit. After beginning her career in international business with Tiffany & Co., she transitioned to the nonprofit sector and has spent much of her career advancing fundraising, communications, and corporate partnerships. She is passionate about helping organizations grow their impact and connect with supporters. Through We're Good, she helps highlight the people and organizations creating positive change across the region.

Tanya Ruiz La Force is a business and finance executive who has spent more than two decades helping nonprofits strengthen their operations, strategy, and fundraising efforts. Throughout her career, she has supported organizations of all sizes, helping them build capacity and raise significant resources to advance their missions. She believes in the power of storytelling to inspire action and drive change.
