Suzanne is a third-generation leader in Northern Virginia’s infrastructure and development community, bringing deep expertise in data center development, critical infrastructure, and regional economic development policy to her relationships. She serves as a bridge across business, government, and civic institutions through her involvement in NAIOP Northern Virginia/DC/MD, CREW Northern Virginia/DC/MD, Associated Builders & Contractors, HCCA, NVTA, NVBIA, the 7x24 Exchange, WiMCO, and Washington Airports Task Force board.
She received the NVBIA’s Bill Berry President’s Award in 2022 for her leadership and service to the association prior to returning to the world of general contracting in 2023. Professionally, she has delivered over $5 billion in contract value across her site development, data center, and critical facilities portfolios. She has a proven track record of driving revenue growth via strategic expansion across industry sectors, client acquisition and lifetime relationship management, and strategic partnerships.
She holds a B.S. from Virginia Tech in Building Construction, Land Development, and Real Estate. Residing in Fairfax County, she continues her family’s multi-generational commitment to Northern Virginia’s civic institutions, education, and community development.
