Kathleen Lowenthal is an expert in nonprofit management, philanthropic advising and fundraising. Throughout her career, across varying roles and organizations, the throughline has been developing strategies and executing programs that connect funders with those implementing impactful programs. During her 9.5 years at Global Impact she was responsible for launching the organization’s Advisory practice—leading client engagements that supported nonprofits, corporations and foundations, and overseeing the consulting, marketing & communications and business development functions. At Arabella Advisors, she oversaw nonprofit partnerships driving over $1 billion annually in philanthropic activity. She is adept at developing close relationships with teams, clients and partners, and enjoys serving as a thought-partner and advisor, using strategic and creative thinking to come up with solutions to challenges and to advance impact. Kathleen earned a Masters in Nonprofit Management from Eastern University, and she holds a Bachelors in International Relations and Spanish from Colgate University.
