Engaged philanthropy. If one idea summarizes the thinking of today’s donors, that is it, and it is the theme for the 2012-2013 Annual Report. The Community Foundation’s individual, corporate and foundation donors are united in their desire to give back to the community. They want their contributions to have an impact, to make a difference. They seek to help our neediest neighbors while also creating opportunities for the next generation. But donors want to do so much more than give.
