This celebration was more than just a number—it was a powerful reminder of what we can achieve when we invest in people, ideas, and solutions that strengthen our region.
Smiling faces and good energy filled the room while invitees chatted and took their seats. Board Chair, Bob Kipps, opened the program with remarks about his tenure in Community Foundation leadership, kindly sharing the impact of the Foundation and what the organization means for the Northern Virginia region. He introduced incoming Board Chair, Harry Klaff, who regarded Bob with high praise of his leadership and dedication to making a more resilient and inclusive Northern Virgnia. Lee Ann Necessary Brownlee, host of the We're Good podcast, joined the event as part of the pop-up podcast program. She interviewed 2025 nonprofit grantees, student scholarship recipients, and donors who see the visible impacts of the Community Foundation's work.
Thank you to everyone who made the event possible including all attendees. Your presence and support help drive meaningful change across Northern Virginia. For the full album visit the Community Foundation's Facebook.
