Amy Wells Mackay is a wealth management professional serving clients for more than 35 years in the financial services industry in the Washington D.C. Metro area. Her focus throughout her career has primarily been on working with high net worth individuals and multi-generational families to help them achieve their short and long term financial goals. She specializes in simplifying the complexity of the financial world for her clients, and strives to help them achieve their investment, estate, banking, business transition and philanthropic goals while effectively managing the team of internal and external specialists who partner with her to serve their clients.

Amy received her undergraduate degree, a BS in Commerce with a concentration in Finance, from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia. She is passionate about working in the community and has served in many leadership roles with various organizations over the years. In addition to serving on the Community Foundation board, Amy currently serves on the Advisory Board at the McIntire School of Commerce at UVA and is involved with additional alumni activities in Charlottesville. Amy formerly served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Fairfax Futures, an early childhood education advocacy group, and served on its board for 15 years. She is also a member of the Northern Virginia Estate Planning Council, where she previously served as President. She spent many years volunteering in leadership positions in her children's schools and on their sports teams, as well. She is currently Managing Director, Senior Wealth Advisor, at Truist Wealth in McLean.
