Paul Singh is a strategic thinker with expertise in building highly effective organizations to deliver superior performance and customer experience. His most recent endeavors include Rezon8 Capital & Advisory Group, a private equity firm that invests in and mentors founders and CEOs of tech-driven growth companies, and InterCentrus Global Data Centers, Inc., a holding company that owns Matrix Internet SA and USMatrix.

Prior to Rezon8 Capital & Advisory Group and InterCentrus Global Data Centers, Mr. Singh was the co-founder, chairman, and CEO of Primus Telecommunications Group, a publically traded global telecommunications company. Between 1994 and 2001, Mr. Singh grew annual revenue from zero to more than $1 billion. Additionally, he led the company’s initial public offering (IPO) on NASDAQ in 1996 and raised $1.4 billion in public equity and debt over a 10-year period.

Over the course of his 30-year career, Mr. Singh has garnered numerous accolades. In October 2010, he was named “#1 Top Performing CEO of Public Companies” with annual revenue between $100 million and $999 million in the DC-area by the Washington Business Journal. Singh also won the prestigious Stevie Award for leading the “best business turnaround” and the Ernst & Young “Entrepreneur of the Year Award.”

Mr. Singh holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a master’s in electrical engineering (MSEE) from the State University of New York at Stony Brook.
